Easter weekend

It was my first Easter and we had fun down at Closewood. Uncle Paul came to see me and that was good to see him again - he said that I had grown! I also saw snow for the first time too - If I hadn't worn my trusty blue hat with ear flaps I would have got cold!

Now back in London, the heating is being worked on and tonight there will be no heating. So I am going to wrap up and Daddy will light the fire hopefully! I like watching the fire flicker away...
I hope you like these latest shots above of Uncle Paul, Gran Gran and me looking lovely!!!

Some recent photos...

Daddy had a day off today. He went paragliding in Wiltshire. He came back to look after me and it was good to see him. He had had a good time with Ben trying out a new glider. Here are some photos Daddy and Mummy took of me today.... Meanwhile, I am looking forward to my first Easter but I don't know if I'll be allowed to eat any Easter eggs. We are visiting Gran Gran Clowes again at Closewood - I can't wait...

Mummy's Day!

We spent the weekend in Hampshire with some good friends, Chris and Lorna and their little Alexander who is only 5 months older than me! It was good to meet someone more my age although I did sleep for much of the weekend. We went on a long walk - I was in my pram and Alexander was in something called a baby Bjorn - a cool contraption for carrying us babies around! Mummy has got one and yesterday I tried it out. I liked it but I think it was more tiring for Mummy - maybe it needs adjusting better? We must experiment a little more with it. I can't wait to go to Wales with it as Daddy has promised to take me up Snowdon in it!
More importantly, Daddy woke up on Sunday having forgotten it was Mummy's Day!!! I had to remind him and when Mummy went out for her run, I got Daddy up as I was hungry! We rushed downstairs and I helped Daddy make a card - he drew around my hand with a felt tip pen and we drew some flowers and a smiling sun as well and I dictated while he wrote with one hand - his other hand was feeding me! Then we rushed back upstairs before Mummy returned from her run and we put the card inside my cot. Mummy was really happy when she got back and luckily Daddy was saved! NAUGHTY DADDY for forgetting - I shall make sure it doesn't happen again!
